Arco Appoints Officers and Audit Committee

| | November 13, 2009 -- Vancouver, B.C.: Arco Resources Corp. (ARR: TSX-V) concluded its Annual General Meeting on November 9, 2009, and the board of directors is pleased to announce the re-appointment of the following officers:
Warren McIntyre - President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Sheremeta - Chief Financial Officer
Paul Cowley - Chief Geologist
As a result of the closing of its Tanzanian operations, Arco is also announcing the resignation of Mr. Peter Chadwick, its Vice-President, Exploration -- Tanzania. The board gives its sincere thanks to Mr. Chadwick for his services to Arco and wishes him the best In his future endeavours.
Arco also announces the re-appointment of Robert McMorran, John Sutherland and Jeff Sheremeta as its audit committee.
